Stage 1 - Design and Advice
Bluewave specialises in implementing and supporting Microsoft based computer networks suited to centralising the practice management system and practice data for multiple-site practice groups.
Through the use of an on-site audit and multiple consultations Bluewave is able to recommend a secure wide area network with a central server at the centre of the network hosting the practice management system.
Bluewave is able to provide detailed information, specifications and capabilities for all recommended network products.
Stage 2 - Project management and Liaison
Leading up to the implementation, Bluewave works closely with industry partners including Internet providers, data cablers, telephone technicians, instrument vendors as well as Monkey Software to ensure that all parties understand the network specifications and requirements.
Bluewave closely manages the timelines associated with the equipment ordering process to ensure we meet your deadline.
Stage 3 - Products and Implementation
Bluewave supplies all network products recommended in the Bluewave Network Proposal. These are delivered to the new practice on installation day.
A large part of the implementation is completed prior to our arrival on site.
