MAINTENANCE : Server Monitoring

What we do: We check your server on a regular schedule based on your needs. This check is completed to uncover any significant issues and provide the practice recommendations through the use of a monthly server health report card.

Includes the checking of the server to see if:

• Last night's backup was successful?
• The Antivirus software received the latest protection?
• The Firewall is still up and running?
• There is adequate hard drive space for your immediate needs?
• There is adequate server memory for your immediate needs?
