After Bluewave has installed a new Microsoft Server in the Optometry practice, most clients feel more secure if the server is monitored and maintained on a regular basis. Just like your swimming pool or motor vehicle, the server suffers from wear and tear and should be maintained to ensure maximum performance over the long term.
This proactive service is broken into two parts. Server Monitoring and Server Maintenance.
Bluewave logs into the server on a monthly basis and completes a range of specific tests to ensure key elements of the server are continuing to function as expected. In addition, specific maitnenance tasks are completed to ensure the performance of the server does not degrade.
