From time to time you may wish to enhance your network or make changes to the way it performs. As with any complex technology it may also require some repairs from time to time.

Bluewave is specialised in Microsoft network management but also has a strong working knowledge of the interaction between many optometry specific technologies and the network incuding:

  • Peripheral Vision Testers, Auto Refractors, Tonometers, Keratometers

If you require assistance with the computer network or the way in which your optometric equipment links to your network Bluewave is able to log your Technical Service Request (TSR) in three different ways.

Once we have received your request, the TSR is logged with one of our technicians to complete either on-site or remotely via the Internet. A Bluewave technician will make contact with you to schedule a suitable time to assist.
