Virtual Optomate Server Pricing

V-Server pricing is based on the number of user accounts you require.

Setup Fee: $0
Data Migration Fee: $0
Unlimited server-based support: $0

Monthly pricing is as follows;

1 user account = $110 per month
2 user accounts = $165 per month
3 user accounts = $220 per month
4 user accounts = $275 per month
5 user accounts = $302.50 per month

Each additional user account above five accounts is an additional $27.50 per account per month.

User accounts can be shared between different computers but only accessed from one computer at any given time.

Microsoft Office 2010 is available at the following prices per month...

MS Office Professional 2010 = $27.50 per user account per month

OR

MS Word 2010 = $11 per user account per month
MS Excel 2010 = $11 per user account per month

Example 1
A single practice with 4 computers = $275 per month

Example 2
Three practices with 3 computers in each (total of 9) = $412.50 per month

Example 3
Ten practices with 5 computers in each (total of 50) = $1,540 per month

This pricing does not include Optomate license/support fee, however this can be paid in monthly instalments when used on the V-Server platform.

Optional Add-Ons

1. VPN Router

A VPN Router will allow you to add greater levels of printing functionality and file sharing. We recommend CISCO Small Business Routers for this functionality. VPN Router pricing will vary but would be approximately $330.

2. Internet Connection

Bluewave can arrange Internet connections suitable for the V-Server if you have Telstra telephone lines. Pricing is $66 per month (12 month contract).
